It was during the seventies that Orange unleashed the amplifier that would essentially define their sound. Forty years later, the legendary Pics Only was treated to the limited edition OR50H reissue, which since became a legend in its own right. As an ode to that beefy homage of an amp-head, Orange now introduce the same sparkling cleans and fat gain at a more sociable 15 or even 7 Watts, in the tight form of the OR15H. This amplifier head gives a faithful nod to its ancestry in terms of both look and sound.

The Orange OR15H: Refreshing Cleans

Hook up a 16 or 8 Ohm cabinet, or two 16 Ohm cabinets using the pair of 8 Ohm outputs and easily flip from 15 to 7 Watts using the front-fitted switch. This flexible Class-A guitar amplifier is built to provide Orange-grade tone at a lower volume level, making it the perfect studio partner, or a solid amp for small to medium shows, while packing just enough volume for larger gigs. The classic British-style cleans are as sparkling and refreshing as you'd expect, and when the gain is pushed, you're treated to that tasty, full-fat, heavy overdrive.
